We will be looking at a few subjects in God’s Word where it is either ignored or miss read and told as fact, but what we are going to see is NON traditional teaching.

6 Subjects that will include: Christian Transplants, The Creation, Changes Through The Flood, The Birth of Jesus, The Wise Men, and The Rapture. There is a possibility another subject will arise as we look at these and be more.

What we are looking into are physical transplants like eyes, kidneys, hearts etc. Had a preacher ask once it anyone in the church knew if the Bible spoke on this subject. As far as I know he never got an answer.

Since my wife’s need of a liver, she had received a blood transfusion with hepatitis C in it. This has the same effect on the liver as alcohol has causing cirrhosis of the liver. I have wondered:

If a Christian gives a kidney etc to a non believer, then in the rapture will the person receiving the “part” have it suddenly removed from him to “go with” the believer?

I once asked that question of a pastor friend. The response was No the old body isn’t used in the new body, so I asked, Then why isn’t Jesus’ body still in the grave? At this he had no response. As always lets look into God’s Word:

1 Thess. 4: 16, For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.

1 Cor. 15: 51-53, Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed.

Rev. 20: 12-13,And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done. And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done.

I believe with these Scriptures, God is clear the old Body IS used for the New Body. Does God know where every single part of one’s body is? Sure He does otherwise He would cease being God!

Matt. 13: 31-32, He told them another parable: β€œThe kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.”

This, I believe, can be also interpreted to mean the difference In Jesus first then us in the future both with glorified bodies. Plus with the Scripture it is clear our old bodies WILL be raised therefore He will be using our old bodies to become (change) into the New Bodies. Otherwise we would not raise!
